MediMap Update

We are aware that the MediMap medication management system that Hospice Waikato uses is currently offline. 

We are yet to be informed if we are an affected facility and are awaiting further information from MediMap. 

We understand this maybe concerning for patients and whānau and we will update you as we get more information. 

Please be assured that our hospice team has contingency processes in place to safely manage medications while the system is offline.
