Service Master Plan
In early 2019, our Board made the decision to engage external consultants Martin Jenkins to develop a Service Master Plan which will guide detailed service and investment planning from 2020 to 2040. For us, the development of a Service Master Plan is not about ‘more of the same’. It is about establishing an overarching, brave and challenging strategic blueprint that will deliver on the Hospice Waikato vision and mission, and on the needs of our community, over the next 20 years.
