Adult Services of Hospice Waikato
Hospice Waikato provides accessible, quality palliative care to all age groups and cultures across the whole Waikato, King Country and Thames/Coromandel region. Hospice Waikato is the only service of its type in the Waikato and Rainbow Place (our service for children and teenagers) is the only hospice service of its type in New Zealand.
We provide four unique multi-disciplinary modes of care:
- Hospice@Home: Hamilton, Cambridge & Ngaruawahia
- Collaborative Care: The greater Waikato region
- Rainbow Place: Children and young people across the whole region
- In-Patient Unit: 10 bed In-Patient unit for respite care
The region that we work in mirrors that of the Waikato District Health Board.
